About Ellen Bickford

Ellen attended Gonzaga University School of Business in Spokane, WA. After graduating, she moved to Okinawa, Japan, where she was a government contractor. There, she managed the world’s largest Air Force Marketing office. Leading a full office staff, Ellen learned how to effectively manage people and resources.

 

She moved back to the States in 2012, and left her government role. Ellen and started her Real Estate career. As an agent, Ellen found herself unsure of the appropriate way to get her business expanding and running smoothly and effectively. Without a coach or formal training program, she remained stagnant until she joined a large Real Estate Team. It was there, Ellen honed her sales skills, and how to have truly engaging conversations, to build a solid business.

 

As an Real Estate agent, Ellen started helping coach and train other agents, and found her passion - coaching others. Ellen took a business development role on the Team, which led to finding and onboarding new talent, coaching new agents, which generated $360 million in sales volume.

 

In 2019, Ellen pursued an opportunity to take her passion to a higher level. Ellen started her own coaching company helping new real estate agents grow their business and brand themselves in a sea of realtors.

 

Ellen is passionate about guiding and coaching salespeople to have in depth conversations to build rapport and directly impact sales and revenue.
